With it you can encode files easily using the new Fast Infoset standard. It performs streaming conversion from XML to FI and from FI to XML, can optionally compress FI files using the GZIP standard when you want to further reduce size, can remove comments from text XML if you dont need them when converting to FI, and can format text XML either with or without insignificant whitespace when converting from FI.
